The Headwear Association just named Kate Middleton the 2012 Hat Person of the Year!
She won by a landslide with 91% of the vote. Congratulations to Kate Middleton!
How do we think she's going to celebrate? I'm hoping she'll have Philip Treacy make her a hat with a trophy and an unicorn on it!
