I've fortunately never been ripped off on eBay. Probably because I'm obsessive and can usually track down the best price possible on items that I want from authorized retailers for designer labels.
But I definitely have helped out friends... like, the day before yesterday I helped my friend Kaci find a pair of Burberry rain boots on EvilBay. And sure enough, some boots that she almost bid on were fake and the minimum bid was $130. That's a nice chunk of change for some fake rubber boots... "Made in Malaysia, Fuck NO!"
