It died. Of harddrive cancer.

Well, it's fortunate that I received my iPhone today because my laptop completely died.

The Genius Bar at the Apple store said it would be at least a $380 repair and it wouldn't be worth it. Harddrive retrieval involves a forensic lab and a hefty $800-3800 price tag. Yikes.

So via my iPhone, I was able to order a new Mac studio display and my dad is sending me an Apple Mac Mini computer... so I'll be doing the sparse desktop thing for a while.

Today was pretty choppy for me: stopped by work to drop off Ikea desk accessories, the AT&T store, the mall to make an appointment for the Genius Bar, car wash and detailing, tanning bed, Kaldi's coffee (chatted with Jerry, saw Gary at the mall earlier), attempted to go to lunch at Miso (they no longer serve lunch?), waited for Marshnee, had three bites of pasta at Il Vicino before heading back to the Apple store, came home and ordered my display monitor, went grocery shopping with Justin...

Rough...
